the new transfernia

well arsenal has done a deal to sign 19 year old Thomas Eisfeld from Borussia Dortmand so much for wenger not buying in this window; though i dont know much about him so cant tell you if he’s going to be a good buy or not. after the 3-2 win against aston villa hopefully that will be a boost the team needs. though i doubt their will be any major incomings into arsenal this window, and whether the deal will be completed in time for this window or if he’ll start or be loaned out. with the possibility that Miyaichi could be loaned out again; but in all honesty its going to be quiet i think. though i’m hoping maybe wenger will surprise and add to the team soon. with the news that eden hazard wants to move to the premier league, and he did say some nice stuff about arsenal and about how good the team is. could that be a good sign that he may sign for arsenal? though im not looking too much into it as chelsea are also looking at him. but that would be amazing to see hazard in a arsenal shirt. but will have to wait for the summer window for that. so we have to play the waiting game as the window closes at midnight tomorrow. and yes i will be up late keeping a check on it, and blog it as it comes, see i am dedicated to arsenal. and this blog.

though when i started this blog it was more fun but i have started to enjoy writing it, going through the papers and internet for rumors about incomings outgoings, and my opinions on arsenal.

thank you for reading.

ah what the hell is happening 2-0 down in the first half. if this isnt proof we need more players i dont know what is? i just dont get it. what is happening to the team i grew up with and loved.

this is somewhat discouraging. i dont recognise arsenal anymore, sometimes i feel like just giving up, just saying whats the point; always liked chelsea and roll on over. but  i believe in staying loyal, so not going to falter now. just really annoys me, wenger seems to be oblivious to whats happening and i dont know why…. because he is a good manager. but for some reason he just doesnt see that we need new players.. if we didnt how come we couldnt beat swansea, and 2-0 down to aston villa granted still got 45 minutes to equalise or win. but this is somewhat a joke.

well way to tired to talk more. 🙂 plus no point in veiwing my point when the game hasnt finished…. chao

sound of silence

well four days to go till the end of the transfer window; my eyes transfixed on web sources…. eurosports transfer window the whole nine yards…. and sadly looks like no incomings, with the news wilshere could be out for the whole season. worrying times; to say this truly confounds me would be an understatement. can only ask what is wenger thinking???? if we where number 1 or 2 in the table and no injury troubles then fine ok wait till the summer. but just bringing in henry for a short term loan is pointless…. granted its great to have him back… but a tad short sighted if i say so myself.

if you look at it our only replacement for van persie is chamakh who is to put it politely misfireing. Park has not been given a proper chance; Gervinho is good but so far hasnt really scored much. and not going to go on the whole needing more defensive players. though i will say Per Mertesacker is improving with every game. but we need more players. and it is worrying as their is only 4 days to go. will we get anyone or will it be panic buying? or has wenger been on the sly keeping his plans close to the chest. though that seems a slight hopeful thinking really. eden hazard is def not an option for now more during the summer; but to be honest i dont see him joining arsenal. mario Goetze is out for awhile and is also a target for quite a few clubs. so it is a worrying time for arsenal fans. though i am in the way of thinking that you do have to have faith and support your team 100% even if they are not doing well. but come on… arsenal is not a third division team. where has our passion gone? you cant tell me it left with fabregas and nasri. they are just two players. and we’re past that now. no more excuses yes at the start it was an excuse and a right one. but not now we have no excuses. wenger has to do something…. start buying. otherwise we will just be left behind. granted we dont want any big money buyings just for the fun of it; like trying to sign carlos tevez he wouldnt fit at arsenal. but we want players in. chris Samba would be a good addition to the team. and a few other players i have mentioned before. liken Esteban Granero.

but hey this is life. we just have to take what is  given. as always i am a gunner and always will be. but its just sad to see a club i have supported since childhood in the state it is in now. im happy we have improved since the defeat against man u. but we need to start building a team. well that is it for now. just been a really boring transfer window really. every day checking and checking and getting frustrated cos of arsenals lack of interest

well this window has turned out to be as boring as watching a justin beibler concert (or watching glee or some soap) but this has really been the second time ive actually kept an eye of the transfer market. first being the one in the summer. so maybe january’s window is always slow? i do not know. but not looking good for arsenal to be honest; nothing along the line of gossip or possible players coming in which makes me question Wenger’s thinking??? though i do still support wenger he is a good manager and dont want to see him go. but something has to change. and this window being quiet is not a good sign. though you never know it could be like the summers one and a bit of last minute shopping. who knows

The mistakes we make

After that loss where do we go? Whose shoulders the blame? Wenger for his decision to replace oxlaide chamberlain with arshavin? Van persie missing an open goal or arshavin? Do we really need to table the blame on anyone? And the fans at the emirates should be ashamed of themselves why boo your own player. Ok arshavin has lost his form; cant argue that; but if you look at the stats he does some good assists; and if you go by that logic how comes chamakh doesnt get booed? Arshavin has been an excellent player for us in the past. And chamakh hasnt even been an arsenal player that long? Not to say chamakh should be booed.
Tonights game proves we need new blood. And is it just me or has the past two games shown that wenger did good in the summer transfer? Yes no world class players. But oxlaide chamberlain looks very brilliant. And the the last two games we played without artera we kinda lacked a creative play in the midfield area.
We need to stand by our team show loyalty and passion. Yes it is hard with whats happening.
Gunner 4 life.

a strange question i know; but a tad valid i suppose; with the worrying news that wenger has rumoured to have said he will not be making any moves this janurary; which will probably anger most fans myself included. has wenger lost the plot… or maybe he isnt seeing what we’re seeing; yes we have improved greatly since the start of the season. but we are far from being what we should be. some people reckon that their is no leadership and though van persie has been so on target so far but doesnt show leadership qualities. but i like to ignore that as just poor commentry by an ex man united player. (just some guy who writes an article for eurosport who stated something along the lines of that) bit he never seems to critisize man u for some reason 🙂

we need some great players to come in; with news that again chelsea could take another player we’ve been linked with for awhile that being Eden hazard. but at the moment he seems to be staying at lillie.

  • with Fiorentina His former club Bordeaux, Paris Saint-Germain and Lille looking to sign Chamakh; chamakh has again stated he wants to stay at arsenal and fight for his place; it appears chamakh is still got something to prove; though their are many haters of him; i still think he might actually be a tremendous player if he improves and gets more chances; not to say he hasnt had the chances; but i hope he does improve.
  • a rumor currently gathering pace is that wenger may try and sign Aly Cissokho on a loan deal with an option for a permanent move if he proves able to fit in with the premiership.
  • another rumor is that wenger may try to sign 29 year old Southampton striker Rickie Lambert.
  • rymember me????????? ryo Miyaichi you remember him right? no ha he looks like a good player but wenger has yet to utilize him; but with the african cup maybe just maybe we will see him play more maybe alongside the mythical creature known as Ju Younh park or Park Ju young 🙂 i say mythical but the whole story of how we signed him seems like a legend in the making and yet hasnt been given the chance to shine, so hoping to see more of him.

well thats it for now this window has been horribly slow and quiet its frustrating maybe i should just start making up rumours 🙂

transfernia the second

  • Arsenal are being linked with  Bosnian youngster Edin Visca has been touted as a target this month, with the 21-year-old winger who wenger is currently looking at. or rumored to be looking at.
  • arsenal could also be looking at fulhams Belgian player Moussa Dembele who would be a cheaper option that Eden hazard, (though would prefer hazard himself) Dembele is 24 years old versatile so he does fit the criteria of wengers, whether if true it will be a loan move with option for a permanent deal or a straight out transfer.
  • Arsenal may still have a chance for a  dramatic January move for Lukas Podolski this January despite Wenger’s denial that the player is of no interest.
  • arsenal could be linked with signing  CSKA Moscow left-back Georgi Schennikov who at the age of  20 years old, could be an ideal move for Arsene Wenger. another player who would fit Wengers criteria

well thats it for now more later thanks for reading
